Whatever frees up your expression

It occurred to me recently that I pretty much have one answer for all my clients’ (and my own) business questions:

“Whatever frees up your expression.”

Q: “Should I follow a content calendar, or should I post spontaneously?”

A: “Whatever frees up your expression.”

Q: Should I do a podcast, or should I double-down on my newsletter?”

A: “Whatever frees up your expression.”

Q: Should I weave my poetry into my coaching, or should I keep them separate?”

A: “Whatever frees up your expression.”

Q: "Should I curate a beautiful cohesive IG grid or should I just freestyle?"

A: “Whatever frees up your expression.”

Q: “Should I call myself a women's health coach or a sacred feminine witch?"

A: “Whatever frees up your expression.”

Q: "Should I do a reel, or a carousel, or a photo post...?"

A: “Whatever frees up your expression.”

Q: "Should I offer this freebie as a PDF, or an audio, or a video?"

A: “Whatever frees up your expression.”

All that really matters is that the juicy magic inside you gets out into the world.

As long as it’s expressed, it really doesn’t matter how.

Because while you’re analysing and agonising over this font or that font, this format or that format, this platform or that platform, you are depriving those in need of your message and your medicine.

Whatever frees up your expression - whether it’s structure or spontaneity, whether it’s writing or speaking, whether it’s wrapped in beauty or delightfully disheveled - do that.
