Through somatic journalling and visualisation, we’ll get clear on your Bravest Vision, your Soulmate Clients, and your most aligned Offerings.

We’ll then distill everything into a Brand Compass to keep your business aligned with your Soul’s True North.

Like clothing, branding can either limit or liberate your expression. When what you ‘wear’ online feel yummy and comfortable and you, you actually want to show up. You become an energetic magnet for the right people.

Using my Brand Spirits Framework, we’ll translate the essence of your Fully Expressed Self into visual form - from fonts & colours, to symbols and photography.

Website Creation

Our journey culminates in the creation of your website - one that holds space as deeply and exquisitely as you.

Over the last 7 years, I’ve developed a powerful ‘Website Blueprint for Coaches & Therapists’ on Squarespace 7.1. Using it as our foundation, you’ll have all the pages, features and training you need to support your business growth - way beyond our time together.

We’ll also make your site SEO-smart so that your right people can find you over and over again.

 Q&A

  • Yes. It’s so important that you have full ownership of your site, so that it can grow and evolve alongside you. I use Squarespace exclusively because it is SO user-friendly (no fiddly plug-ins or scary update alerts!), without compromising beautiful design and powerful functionality.

    Squarespace is especially great for coaches and therapists as it has everything you need to grow your business under one roof, from courses and e-shops, to email marketing and scheduling.

  • We’ll design a beautiful wordmark logo, and curate your brand’s colour palette, fonts, imagery, and visual elements. For the Deep Journey, I’ll also create 3 Social Templates for you. I'll leave you with a simple Brand Guide so that you can apply your branding across other platforms.

  • We'll create a powerful 1-page website (up to 10 sections) that will offer a concise yet compelling gateway into your world, including:

    • Your Brand Story
      Your Brand Values
      Your Offerings
      Testimonials
      Newsletter Sign-up
      Contact Form, etc.

    You'll also get the rest of my Website Blueprint, which I've designed for the emotional depth and strategic needs of coaches & therapists. Built on the amazing Squarespace 7.1, it includes:

    • Core Pages: Home, About, Offerings, Contact

    • Commerce: Courses & E-Shop Features

    • Marketing: Blog / Podcast Pages, IG links, Newsletter integration

    • Others: Legals, Scheduling, Social Justice Resources, etc.

    You'll get the templated pages styled to your branding, with copy prompts to make writing a breeze. You'll also get videos and resources on how to add certain features to your site.

  • You'll choose 6 pages for me to customise, which can include some of Squarespace's amazing commerce and marketing features:

    • Core Pages: Home, About, Offerings, Contact

    • Commerce: Courses, Membership & E-Shop Features

    • Marketing: Blog / Podcast Pages, IG links, Newsletter integration

    • Bonus: Legals, Scheduling, Social Justice Resources, etc.

  • While you'll get all the resources and training you need to add more pages to your site, I'm happy to customise more pages for you if my availability allows.

    We can do this by adding an Immersion Day (or 2) to our journey ($950 / 8h day). What we can cover in a day will depend on the scope of the pages. Typically, we can create 2 simple pages or 1 long-form page in a day, including design, copy curation, SEO, communication, etc.

  • The Lite Journey is typically a 1-2 month process. The Deep Journey is typically a 3-4 month process. I am currently booked out a few months in advance - do get in touch so that we can reserve time in my project calendar if you’d like to move ahead.

  • These are all standard costs for running an online business; I’ll guide you through all this if we work together. As an overview:

    • Squarespace Subscription: Your subscription will likely be $23-27 per month (paid annually), with 20% off your first year through me.

    • Additional Features: If you choose to use any of Squarespace's built-in features (prices listed are paid annually): Acuity scheduling from $16/month; Email marketing from $5/month; Courses or Memberships from $9/month. Of course, there are plenty of external platforms that offer these features as well.

    • Domain: If you don’t have a domain yet, they usually cost around US$20/year. Squarespace gives you a free year if you purchase your domain alongside an annual subscription.

    • Photography: I highly recommend gifting yourself a brand photo shoot as part of this process. Prices can really vary, but finding a good-fit photography within your budget should be very doable.
